Feed the team,
hit the budget.
A banquet has a headcount, a hall and a number the boosters agreed to. 322 works to the number: The Cookout at 16.99 a guest for a plate of two meats and two sides, or pans by the piece when the coach says "everybody brings someone".
Per head, to the dollar
The Cookout for 60 is 1,019.40 in food: pulled pork and chipotle chicken, two sides, rolls and sauces. The Tailgate at 23.99 puts brisket and ribs on the table when the season deserves it. Kids eat what adults eat here, and the per-guest price is the same, so the math is one line.
Pans when the count is a guess
A full pan of pulled pork is 8 lb and feeds 16 to 20 for 232.00; a full pan of mac and cheese feeds 16 to 20 for 134.99. Order the pans for the number you know, add one when the sign-up sheet grows. Wing trays, 50 for 79.99, disappear at any banquet.
The hall, the gym, the fellowship room
Tell us the building and the serving time. Drop-off and setup are priced by distance and setup, confirmed by phone before the event; pickup from either kitchen is always free if a parent is driving. Cash on the day carries no card fee, which matters to a booster club. A banquet-size order needs a day's notice; a 50% deposit holds the date.

Questions
What does it cost to feed a 60-person team banquet?
The Cookout for 60 is 1,019.40 in food; with New Jersey sales tax, 1,086.93. The Tailgate for 60 is 1,439.40. Pans run cheaper per head for a crowd that grazes: three full pans of meat and four of sides feed 60 for about 1,100.
Do you handle tax-exempt groups?
Sales tax follows the event address and is added at checkout. If your school, church or club is tax-exempt, call the catering desk at (856) 285-4494 before you book and we will set the order up correctly.
Do you deliver and set up, or can I pick it up?
Yes, catering delivery is available, and so is pickup. Drop-off and setup are priced by distance and how much setup you want; we confirm the delivery price by phone before your event. Pickup from either kitchen is always free: 1845 Marsh Road, Wilmington, DE or 1 S. Main Street, Mullica Hill, NJ.
Do you have vegetarian or gluten-friendly options?
Several sides are vegetarian: mac and cheese, creamed corn, brussels sprouts, garlic spinach, potato salad, coleslaw, jasmine rice, onion rings and fries. Every smoked meat, the dry rub and both sauces are made without gluten ingredients, and so are most sides; the full list is at 322bbq.com/gluten-friendly. We are not a certified gluten-free kitchen and share a fryer with breaded items, so tell us about allergies in the notes when you book and say "gluten-friendly table" — we set the rolls, cornbread and donuts aside.
