A shower is twenty-five people on a Sunday afternoon who want something pretty on the table and a plate that does not need a knife. Salad trays, appetizer trays and pulled chicken or turkey by the pan do that; the ribs can wait for the wedding.
A half tray of chipotle chicken chop or Nashville hot honey chicken salad feeds 8 to 10 for 135.99, the warm shrimp salad 151.99. Pretzel bites, cheese curds and spinach dip by the pan; candied bacon, 25 for 54.99, for the table that wants one indulgent thing. Dressing on the side.
A half pan of chipotle pulled chicken or honey-brined turkey feeds 8 to 10 for 116.00 and 124.00, with brioche rolls for sliders. Or The Cookout at 16.99 a guest: two meats, two sides, rolls and sauces; thirty guests is 509.70 in food. Ten-guest minimum on packages, none on trays.

A shower-size order needs a day's notice; a few trays can be booked the same day. A 50% deposit holds the date more than seven days out; inside seven days it is paid in full.

Before you drive over
Two salad trays (a half tray each of chipotle chicken chop and hot honey chicken), a half pan of pulled chicken with rolls, and a pan of pretzel bites: about 490 in food for 25. Or The Cookout for 25 at 424.75.
Several sides are vegetarian: mac and cheese, creamed corn, brussels sprouts, garlic spinach, potato salad, coleslaw, jasmine rice, onion rings and fries. Smoked meats are seasoned with dry rubs. Tell us about allergies in the notes when you book and we will flag what is safe and what is not.
