A shower is twenty-five people on a Sunday afternoon who want something pretty on the table and a plate that does not need a knife. Salad trays, appetizer trays and pulled chicken or turkey by the pan do that; the ribs can wait for the wedding.
Trays that look like a shower
A half tray of chipotle chicken chop or Nashville hot honey chicken salad is 124.99 and serves 8 to 10 as a meal, the warm shrimp salad 139.99; the house salad, a side, is 39.99 and serves 15. Pretzel bites, cheese curds and spinach dip by the pan; candied bacon by the count, 25 for 69.99, for the table that wants one indulgent thing. Dressing on the side.
Something warm alongside
A half pan of chipotle pulled chicken or honey-brined turkey serves 12 for 99.99 and 123.99, with house made brioche sliders. Or The Cookout at 16.99 a guest: two meats, two sides, rolls and sauces; thirty guests is 509.70 in food. Ten-guest minimum on packages, none on trays.
Set out before the guests arrive
Tell us the address and the time people sit down; drop-off and setup are priced by distance and setup, confirmed by phone before the day, and pickup from either kitchen is free. A shower-size order needs a day's notice; a few trays can be booked the same day. A 50% deposit holds the date more than seven days out; inside seven days it is paid in full.

Lead times, deposit and delivery
- Lead timeSame-day for smaller orders (up to 24 guests or 400.00 in pans and trays, 4 hours' notice); a day's notice for anything bigger.
- Deposit50% holds the date. Final headcount and the balance are due 7 days before the event; inside 7 days it is paid in full online.
- DeliveryDelivery is available. The fee depends on distance; we add it to your order once we confirm it and charge it to the card on file. Delivery orders start at 100.00 of food; pickup can be any size. Pickup from either smokehouse is free.
- MinimumsPer-guest packages start at 10 guests. Pans and trays have no minimum.

Questions
What do you recommend for a 25-person baby shower?
Two salad trays (a half tray each of chipotle chicken chop and hot honey chicken), a half pan of pulled chicken with rolls, and a pan of pretzel bites: about 490 in food for 25. Or The Cookout for 25 at 424.75.
Do you have vegetarian or gluten-friendly options?
Several sides are vegetarian: mac and cheese, creamed corn, brussels sprouts, garlic spinach, potato salad, coleslaw, jasmine rice, onion rings and fries. Every smoked meat, the dry rub and both sauces are made without gluten ingredients, and so are most sides; the full list is at 322bbq.com/gluten-friendly. We are not a certified gluten-free kitchen and share a fryer with breaded items, so tell us about allergies in the notes when you book and say "gluten-friendly table" — we set the rolls, cornbread and donuts aside.
Do you deliver and set up, or can I pick it up?
Yes, catering delivery is available, and so is pickup. Drop-off and setup are priced by distance and how much setup you want; we confirm the delivery price by phone before your event. Pickup from either kitchen is always free: 1845 Marsh Road, Wilmington, DE or 1 S. Main Street, Mullica Hill, NJ.
How do I hold a date, and what do I pay up front?
Book at 322bbq.com/catering/order. More than seven days out, a 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due on the day, cash or card (card adds 2.9%). Inside seven days the order is paid in full online. No service fee.
