The pit
pulls up.

Some parties want the show: the truck at the curb, brisket sliced to order, the line that turns into the party. The 322 truck serves the same twelve-hour post-oak brisket, pulled pork and ribs as the smokehouses, across South Jersey, Delaware and the Pennsylvania line.

01

What the truck is for

Block parties, company picnics, school and church festivals, brewery days, backyard weddings that want the food to be an event. The truck serves guests one at a time off a short menu, so it suits a crowd that arrives over a window rather than a sit-down dinner at seven.

02

How it is priced

By the crowd and the hours, not per plate off a chart, because a two-hour lunch for 80 and a five-hour festival for 400 are different days. Tell the catering desk the date, the headcount, the serving window and the address, and we come back within a day with a menu and a number. A 50% deposit holds the date once it is right.

03

When pans beat the truck

A party of 30 in a backyard does not need a truck. Pans of brisket, pork and ribs dropped off hot, or The Cookout per guest, feed it for less and book online in two minutes. The catering desk will tell you which one your day actually wants.

Questions

How do I book the food truck?

Through the catering desk: the form at 322bbq.com/catering, or (856) 285-4494. Tell us the date, crowd, hours and address; we quote within a day. The truck is not booked through the online checkout.

What areas does the truck cover?

South Jersey (Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Salem and Cumberland counties), Delaware, and the Pennsylvania line around Delaware and Chester counties.

What is the difference between drop-off, full service and the food truck?

Drop-off: hot pans, packages and trays delivered and set out, then we leave you to it. Full service: our crew sets up, serves and clears, with on-site cooking when the event wants it. Food truck: the pit on wheels for block parties, picnics and festivals. Drop-off books online; full service and the truck are quoted through the catering desk.

Which kitchen cooks my order?

Either one. You never pick a smokehouse; tell us where the event is and we assign the kitchen that fits your date and address after you book. Same post-oak pit, same rub, either way.
