The fiftieth in the backyard, the sweet sixteen at the clubhouse, the anniversary nobody wants to cook for. Birthdays are the party we cater most. The Tailgate puts brisket and ribs on the table for 23.99 a guest, and party trays keep the people by the cooler fed until dinner.
The Tailgate: three meats including twelve-hour brisket and baby back ribs, three smokehouse sides, cornbread and brioche rolls, 23.99 a guest. Forty guests is 959.60 in food. For a lighter afternoon, The Cookout at 16.99 with pulled pork and chicken; for the party that is also a dinner, The Big Feast at 32.99 adds wings and dessert from Hill Donut Co.
A 50-count tray of smoked wings is 79.99, candied bacon 99.99, jalapeño poppers 89.99, chicken tenders 89.99. Pretzel bites, cheese curds, fried pickles and spinach dip come by the pan. Add a salad tray for the table. Every tray is one tap in the order, with or without a package.
Tell us the serving time and the address. Drop-off and setup are included inside the free radius around each smokehouse; pickup from Wilmington or Mullica Hill is always free. A 50% deposit holds the date; inside seven days the order is paid in full. Sales tax follows the event: 6.625% in New Jersey, none in Delaware.

Before you drive over
The Tailgate for 40 is 959.60 and feeds everyone a plate of brisket, ribs and a third meat with three sides. Add a 50-count wing tray (79.99) if people arrive early. For a backyard with no firm count, the Back Yard Party combo feeds 8 to 10 and The Whole Hog 12 to 14.
Per-guest packages start at ten guests. Pans, trays, combos and party trays have no minimum. Smaller orders can book same day; larger ones need a day's notice; June and December weekends book early.

Book at 322bbq.com/catering/order. More than seven days out, a 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due on the day, cash or card (card adds 2.9%). Inside seven days the order is paid in full online. No service fee.
