322 BBQ
Company picnics · 100 to 500 · pavilions, parks, the parking lot
A company picnic is a hundred people who all get hungry at once. That is a staffing problem as much as a food problem, and it is the one 322 is built for: two smokehouses, a truck, and a crew that has served a pavilion in July.
Full service: our crew sets up, serves and clears, with on-site cooking when the park allows it. The food truck: guests order off the truck across a serving window. Drop-off: pans and packages set out on the pavilion tables at a set time, then we leave. Full service and the truck are quoted; drop-off books online.
The Tailgate is the picnic package: brisket, ribs and a third meat, three sides, cornbread and rolls, 23.99 a guest. One hundred and fifty guests is 3,598.50 in food. The Cookout at 16.99 stretches a budget; pans of pulled pork and chicken top up a buffet without redoing the count. Wing trays and candied bacon for the cornhole crowd.
Send the catering desk the headcount, the park or site, the serving window and whether you want staff or the truck. We come back within a day with a menu and a number. A 50% deposit holds the date; the balance is due on the day. Sales tax follows the site, 6.625% in New Jersey and none in Delaware, and there is no service fee.
For the cornhole crowd

Two smokehouses, one pit
You never pick a smokehouse. We assign the kitchen to your date and address after you book.
The catering desk
Tell us the shape of the day and we call back within a day with a menu and a number. Packages, pans and trays can also be booked online with a deposit.
Before you drive over
Yes. For 100 and up we plan it through the catering desk: full service with staff and on-site cooking, the food truck, or drop-off pans for a pavilion. Tell us the site, the count and the window and we quote within a day.
Drop-off: hot pans, packages and trays delivered and set out, then we leave you to it. Full service: our crew sets up, serves and clears, with on-site cooking when the event wants it. Food truck: the pit on wheels for block parties, picnics and festivals. Drop-off books online; full service and the truck are quoted through the catering desk.
Card payment online books the date fastest. For a corporate account or a purchase order, call the catering desk at (856) 285-4494 and we will sort the paperwork before the picnic.
Either one. You never pick a smokehouse; tell us where the event is and we assign the kitchen that fits your date and address after you book. Same post-oak pit, same rub, either way.
