Repasts · celebrations of life · church halls · short notice

We’ll handle
the lunch.

After a service, people need to sit down together and eat something warm, and the family should not be the ones carrying trays. We set it up at the church hall, the fire hall or the house, quietly, and we can do it on a day’s notice.

01

A simple, warm buffet

The Cookout is the usual choice: two meats — pulled pork, chipotle pulled chicken, honey-brined turkey or smoked ham — two sides, house made brioche sliders and sauces, 16.99 a guest, ten-guest minimum. Forty guests is 679.60 in food. Pans work when the count is uncertain: a full pan of pulled pork feeds 16 to 20 for 232.00, a half pan of mac and cheese feeds 8 to 10.

02

Delivered and set out

Tell us the hall or the address and the time the service ends. Drop-off and setup are priced by distance and how much setup you want; we confirm the delivery price by phone before your event. Pickup from Wilmington or Mullica Hill is always free if someone is driving past.

03

Booking on short notice

A day's notice is enough for any size, and a smaller repast (up to two dozen, or a few pans) can be booked for the same day with four hours' notice. Book online, or call the catering desk at (856) 285-4494 and we will take it from there. Inside seven days the order is paid in full; if a cash payment on the day is easier for the family, say so when you book and we will arrange it.

Two smokehouses, one pit

Either kitchen cooks it

You never pick a smokehouse. We assign the kitchen to your date and address after you book.

Questions

How quickly can you cater a repast?

A smaller repast (up to two dozen guests, or a few pans) can be booked for the same day with four hours' notice; a larger one needs a day's notice. Call (856) 285-4494 if the timing is tighter and we will tell you honestly what the kitchen can do.

Can you deliver to a church or funeral home hall?

Yes. Give us the hall address and the time the service ends; we set the buffet out before people arrive. Delivery is priced by distance and setup, and we confirm the price by phone first.

Do you have vegetarian or gluten-friendly options?

Several sides are vegetarian: mac and cheese, creamed corn, brussels sprouts, garlic spinach, potato salad, coleslaw, jasmine rice, onion rings and fries. Every smoked meat, the dry rub and both sauces are made without gluten ingredients, and so are most sides; the full list is at 322bbq.com/gluten-friendly. We are not a certified gluten-free kitchen and share a fryer with breaded items, so tell us about allergies in the notes when you book and say "gluten-friendly table" — we set the rolls, cornbread and donuts aside.

Is there a minimum?

Per-guest packages start at ten guests. Pans, trays, combos and party trays have no minimum. Smaller orders can book same day; larger ones need a day's notice; June and December weekends book early.
