Where we cater · two kitchens · eight counties
Two smokehouses, twenty minutes apart on US Route 322: Wilmington, Delaware at 1845 Marsh Road and Mullica Hill, New Jersey at 1 S. Main Street. Between them they cover Delaware, South Jersey and the Pennsylvania line, and you never have to pick which one cooks your order.
From Marsh Road: Wilmington, Brandywine Hundred, Claymont, Newark, Hockessin, Greenville, Middletown, Bear and New Castle in Delaware; Glen Mills, Chadds Ford, Boothwyn, West Chester, Media and Kennett Square across the line in Delaware and Chester counties. Delaware events carry no sales tax.
From Main Street: Mullica Hill, Glassboro, Swedesboro, Woolwich, Sewell, Mantua, Pitman and Woodbury in Gloucester County; Cherry Hill, Voorhees and Haddonfield in Camden County; Marlton and Mount Laurel in Burlington; Woodstown and Pennsville in Salem; Vineland in Cumberland. New Jersey events add 6.625% sales tax.
Drop-off and setup are included inside the free radius around each smokehouse; beyond that we quote the trip when we call to confirm, before anything is final. Pickup from either kitchen is always free. Tell us the address when you book and we assign the kitchen that fits.

You never pick a smokehouse. We assign the kitchen to your date and address after you book.
The catering desk
Tell us the shape of the day and we call back within a day with a menu and a number. Packages, pans and trays can also be booked online with a deposit.

Both. Drop-off and setup are included inside the free radius around each smokehouse; beyond that we quote the trip when we call to confirm. Pickup from either kitchen is always free: 1845 Marsh Road, Wilmington, DE or 1 S. Main Street, Mullica Hill, NJ.
Either one. You never pick a smokehouse; tell us where the event is and we assign the kitchen that fits your date and address after you book. Same post-oak pit, same rub, either way.
Three per-guest packages: The Cookout 16.99 (two meats, two sides, rolls, sauces), The Tailgate 23.99 (three meats including brisket and ribs, three sides, cornbread, rolls), The Big Feast 32.99 (every smokehouse meat, wings, three sides, cornbread, rolls, dessert). That is the whole food price; sales tax follows the event (6.625% in New Jersey, none in Delaware) and card payments carry a 2.9% card fee. Pans and trays are priced by the piece.
Per-guest packages start at ten guests. Pans, trays, combos and party trays have no minimum. Smaller orders can book same day; larger ones need a day's notice; June and December weekends book early.
