Smoked, then sauced
Every jumbo wing is honey-brined and dry-rubbed before it goes on the smoker. Pick a flavor: dry rub, hot, mild, garlic parm, honey sriracha, buffalo, Nashville hot honey or BBQ. Boneless wings take the same eight, and any sauce can come on the side. Up to two wing sauces at no charge, from dry rub, hot, mild, garlic parm, honey sriracha, buffalo, Nashville hot honey and BBQ, tossed or on the side. Dry rub is the default and the kitchen’s own pick — the wings are honey-brined and smoked to stand on their own. Ranch and blue cheese are in the box, celery too, and boneless wings swap in at the same price.

Kickoff, and when to pick it up
The pack is ready in 2 hours, so order it that morning. Or pick a pickup time: slots run every fifteen minutes and you can book one up to a week ahead. For a 1 PM kickoff, a noon pickup puts it on the table with time to spare; for a 4:25 PM start, take 3:30 or 3:45. Wings are on the Wilmington happy hour list too, every day 3–6 PM dine-in, next to a house lager and an orange crush.
