Every jumbo wing is honey-brined and dry-rubbed before it goes on the smoker. Pick a flavor: dry rub, hot, mild, garlic parm, honey sriracha or buffalo. Boneless wings take the same six.
Order six or twelve for yourself, or 25 and 50 for the table, the office or the game. Make an order a platter with two sides. Trays of 25 and 50 are on the catering menu too.
Wings are on the Wilmington happy hour list, every day 3–6 PM dine-in, next to a house lager and an orange crush. Order online for pickup — no service fee, just a 2.9% card fee at checkout. ASAP orders are ready in about fifteen minutes, or pick a later time.
