Drop-off needs the delivery address; we deliver and set up, and a delivery fee based on distance is added after booking and confirmed when we call. Pickup is free from either smokehouse, Wilmington or Mullica Hill; you choose which when you book.
10-guest minimum on packages; none on pans, trays or combos. Same-day for smaller orders (up to 24 guests or 400.00 in pans and trays, 4 hours' notice); a day's notice for anything bigger. Sales tax follows where the food goes: 6.625% for a New Jersey address or a Mullica Hill pickup, none in Delaware. No service fee; a 2.9% card fee applies to whatever you pay online. We call within a day to confirm the menu, headcount and timing.

Before you call
Per-guest packages start at ten guests. Pans, trays and combos have no minimum — order one half pan if that is what the party needs. Smaller orders can book the same day; larger ones need a day's notice.
Build the order online at 322bbq.com/catering/order — a per-guest package, pans and trays by the piece, or both — tell us where and when the event is, and pay a 50% deposit to hold the date. The balance is due on the day; orders inside seven days are paid in full online. Drop-off asks for the delivery address; pickup asks which smokehouse, Wilmington or Mullica Hill.
There is no service fee. Card payments carry a 2.9% card fee; on catering that is on whatever you pay online, and cash on the day carries no fee. Sales tax follows the event: 6.625% for a New Jersey event, none in Delaware.

The Cookout is 16.99 a guest, The Tailgate 23.99, The Big Feast 32.99. Twenty guests on The Tailgate is 479.80 in food; fifty is 1,199.50; one hundred is 2,399.00. Sales tax follows the event and card payments carry a 2.9% card fee. Pans and trays are priced by the piece.
A per-guest package feeds exactly the count. With pans, a half pan is 4 lb of meat and feeds 8 to 10; a full pan is 8 lb and feeds 16 to 20. Twenty people: one full pan of meat and two half pans of sides. Fifty: three full pans of meat and four or five of sides. One hundred: double it.
Smaller orders (up to two dozen guests, or a few pans and trays) can be booked online for the same day with four hours' notice. Anything bigger needs at least a day's notice, or a call to the catering desk. June graduation weekends and December party weekends fill early; hold the date with the deposit as soon as it is set and change the menu later.
Drop-off: hot pans, packages and trays delivered and set out, then we leave you to it; it books online. Full service: our crew sets up, serves and clears, with on-site cooking when wanted. Food truck: the pit on wheels. Full service and the truck are quoted by the catering desk.
Mac and cheese, creamed corn, brussels sprouts, garlic spinach, potato salad, coleslaw, jasmine rice, onion rings and fries are vegetarian sides. Tell us about allergies in the notes when you book and we will flag what is safe.
