Feeding a backyard without a headcount
Graduation parties never know how many are coming, so the shareable combos are the move. Back Yard Party feeds eight to ten: a rack of ribs, a pound each of pork, brisket and chicken, a dozen smoked wings, two sides. The Whole Hog feeds twelve to fourteen; Big BBQ Pack feeds twenty with three racks of ribs and forty slider rolls. Add party trays of smoked wings or jalapeño poppers for the crowd at the cooler.
When you do know the headcount
Per-guest packages scale exactly: The Cookout for a casual afternoon, The Tailgate when you want brisket and ribs on the table. Half and full pans of any smoked meat feed eight to ten and sixteen to twenty. Ten-guest minimum; a party this size needs a day's notice.
Pickup or delivered
Pick it up hot from 1 S. Main Street on the way to the party, or have it delivered and set up, priced by distance and setup and confirmed by phone before the party. A 50% deposit online holds the date, and inside seven days it is paid in full; no service fee, a 2.9% card fee at checkout; New Jersey sales tax applies.
