322 BBQ
Mullica Hill, NJ · Gloucester County · Route 55 corridor
From the Rowan campus to the warehouses off Route 322 and the offices along Route 55, the Mullica Hill kitchen sends out office lunches, boxed lunches and company cookouts with the same brisket that went on the pit at midnight.
The Cookout for a working lunch: two meats, two sides, brioche rolls and sauces, per guest. The Tailgate when the boss is buying: brisket and ribs in the choice of three, three sides, cornbread. Boxed lunches and sandwich trays for the desk crowd; party trays of smoked wings, candied bacon or jalapeño poppers for the afternoon.
No service fee; card payments add a 2.9% card fee (on whatever is charged online; cash on the day carries none). Sales tax follows the event: 6.625% on a New Jersey office, none on a Delaware one. Ten-guest minimum; same-day for smaller orders, a day's notice for larger ones; 50% deposit online, or paid in full inside seven days.
Included inside the free radius around each smokehouse; beyond that we quote the trip. Pickup from either kitchen is always available, and the Mullica Hill picnic grove works for a team lunch out of the office.
