From the Rowan campus to the warehouses off Route 322 and the offices along Route 55, the Mullica Hill kitchen sends out office lunches, boxed lunches and company cookouts with the same brisket that went on the pit at midnight.
Which package for the office
The Cookout for a working lunch: two meats, two sides, house made brioche sliders and sauces, per guest. The Tailgate when the boss is buying: brisket and ribs in the choice of three, three sides, cornbread. Boxed lunches and sandwich trays for the desk crowd; party trays of smoked wings, candied bacon or jalapeño poppers for the afternoon.
The math a New Jersey office cares about
No service fee; card payments add a 2.9% card fee (on whatever is charged online; cash on the day carries none). Sales tax follows the event: 6.625% on a New Jersey office, none on a Delaware one. Ten-guest minimum; same-day for smaller orders, a day's notice for larger ones; 50% deposit online, or paid in full inside seven days.

How far ahead do I need to book an office lunch in South Jersey?
A smaller lunch (up to two dozen) can be booked for the same day with four hours' notice; a bigger one needs a day's notice. Ten-guest minimum. Book at 322bbq.com/catering/order, tell us where the office is and pay a 50% deposit; inside seven days it is paid in full. Either smokehouse can cook it; we assign the kitchen.
Are there fees on a catering order?

Do you deliver to Glassboro, Sewell and Woodbury?
Yes. Delivery and setup are priced by distance and how much setup you want; we confirm the delivery price by phone before your event.
Can we do a team lunch at the restaurant instead?
Yes. Mullica Hill is first come, first served with a shaded picnic grove; for a held room with a bar, the Wilmington tavern takes reservations and has private rooms.
