A brisket lunch for the team is a better meeting than the meeting. The Wilmington kitchen caters office lunches, boxed lunches, launch parties and holiday dinners across North Wilmington, Brandywine Hundred and the I-95 corridor, and books online in about two minutes.
For a working lunch, The Cookout: choice of two meats (pulled pork, chipotle pulled chicken, honey-brined turkey or smoked ham), two sides, brioche rolls and sauces, per guest. For a client lunch or the quarterly meeting, The Tailgate adds twelve-hour brisket and baby back ribs with three sides and cornbread. Boxed lunches, sandwich trays and party trays cover the desk-lunch crowd.
No Delaware sales tax and no service fee; card payments add a 2.9% card fee (on whatever is charged online; cash on the day carries none). Ten-guest minimum; smaller orders can book same day, larger ones need a day's notice. A 50% deposit online holds the date and the balance is due on the day; orders inside seven days are paid in full online. Delivery and setup are included inside the free radius around Marsh Road; beyond that we quote the trip.
The Wilmington tavern has private party rooms with a full bar down the hall, so the holiday party, the retirement send-off or the all-hands dinner can happen at the smokehouse instead of the break room. Rent a room or rent the restaurant.

You never pick a smokehouse. We assign the kitchen to your date and address after you book.
The catering desk
Tell us the shape of the day and we call back within a day with a menu and a number. Packages, pans and trays can also be booked online with a deposit.
Before you drive over
A smaller lunch (up to two dozen) can be booked for the same day with four hours' notice; a bigger one needs a day's notice. Ten-guest minimum. Book at 322bbq.com/catering/order, tell us where the office is and pay a 50% deposit; the balance is due on the day, and orders inside seven days are paid in full. Either smokehouse can cook it; we assign the kitchen.
