A private room with its own door, a full bar down the hall, and the smokehouse kitchen twenty feet away. Wilmington is where 322 hosts the rehearsal dinner, the office party, the fiftieth, and the send-off.
On site or off
Rent a room, or rent the restaurant. Or we bring the pit to you: drop-off, buffets, full service, boxed lunches, sandwich and party trays, breakfast. Either smokehouse can cook it; we assign the kitchen to your date and address.
How booking works
Pick a per-guest package (The Cookout, The Tailgate or The Big Feast) or build from the shareable combos and trays, tell us where and when, and pay a 50% deposit online to hold the date (orders inside seven days are paid in full). Balance on the day. Ten-guest minimum. Smaller orders can book same day; larger ones need a day's notice. No service fee; a 2.9% card fee on whatever is charged online; sales tax follows the event, and a Delaware event carries none. You never pick a kitchen — either smokehouse can cook it.
What the room gets
Twelve-hour brisket, dry-rubbed ribs, pulled pork, chipotle pulled chicken, honey-brined turkey, smoked wings, the smokehouse sides, cornbread and house made brioche sliders, and dessert from Hill Donut Co. The bar pours craft cocktails, beer and wine.

Is there a minimum for a private event or catering order?
Ten guests for per-guest packages; smaller orders can book same day, larger ones need a day's notice. Shareable combos and party trays have no minimum.
How do I hold a date?

Yes. The Wilmington tavern has a full bar with craft cocktails, beer and wine.
