A private room with its own door, a full bar down the hall, and the smokehouse kitchen twenty feet away. Wilmington is where 322 hosts the rehearsal dinner, the office party, the fiftieth, and the send-off.
Rent a room, or rent the restaurant. Or we bring the pit to you: drop-off, buffets, full service, boxed lunches, sandwich and party trays, breakfast. Either smokehouse can cook it; we assign the kitchen to your date and address.
Pick a per-guest package (The Cookout, The Tailgate or The Big Feast) or build from the shareable combos and trays, tell us where and when, and pay a 50% deposit online to hold the date (orders inside seven days are paid in full). Balance on the day. Ten-guest minimum. Smaller orders can book same day; larger ones need a day's notice. No service fee; a 2.9% card fee on whatever is charged online; sales tax follows the event, and a Delaware event carries none. You never pick a kitchen — either smokehouse can cook it.
Twelve-hour brisket, dry-rubbed ribs, pulled pork, chipotle pulled chicken, honey-brined turkey, smoked wings, the smokehouse sides, cornbread and brioche rolls, and dessert from Hill Donut Co. The bar pours craft cocktails, beer and wine.

Tell us the shape of the day and we call back within a day with a menu and a number. Packages, pans and trays can also be booked online with a deposit.
