Every jumbo wing is honey-brined and dry-rubbed before it goes on the smoker. Pick a flavor: dry rub, hot, mild, garlic parm, honey sriracha or buffalo. Boneless wings take the same six. Up to three wing sauces at no charge, from dry rub, hot, mild, garlic parm, honey sriracha and buffalo. Dry rub is the default and the kitchen’s own pick — the wings are honey-brined and smoked to stand on their own. Ranch and blue cheese are in the box, celery too, and boneless wings swap in at the same price.

Mullica Hill is BYOB — bring beer or wine, we have the glasses and there is no corkage fee — first come, first served, with no reservations and no wait list. The shaded picnic grove is the summer room. Open Sunday to Thursday 11 to 7 and Friday and Saturday 11 to 8. Whenever you like — the pack needs no notice. An ASAP order is ready in about fifteen minutes, and scheduled pickups run in fifteen-minute slots up to a week ahead. For a 1 PM kickoff, pick up around noon; for a 4:25 PM start, 3:30 or 3:45. Last pickup of the day is fifteen minutes before the kitchen closes.
