The brisket goes on post oak at midnight and comes off twelve hours later, dry-rubbed, with the bark on. Order it by the pound, on a platter with two sides, hand-sliced on a brioche roll, or shaved with ribeye into a cheesesteak. Alongside it: dry-rubbed baby back ribs with an apple cider glaze (a third, a half or a full rack), hand-pulled pork, chipotle pulled chicken, honey-brined turkey and slow-smoked ham. From Route 55, take the Mullica Hill exit and head west into town. From Glassboro and Rowan, US 322 runs west into Mullica Hill; from Swedesboro and Woolwich it runs east. Route 45 (Main Street) brings you in from Woodbury or Woodstown.
