This hands-on role is perfect for someone with vision, energy, and passion for artisanal baking. You'll be part of a team that's growing fast and pushing boundaries—including launching our own house-made ice cream. We're not just looking for someone to follow recipes—we want someone who brings ideas, pride, and craft to their work.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in bakery or pastry environment preferred
• Must be reliable and able to work early morning shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Passion for scratch-made baking and creative desserts
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to set daily pace
• Interest in learning ice cream production techniques
