About the role

The Dishwasher is a fundamental part of our kitchen team at 322 BBQ, where fresh-smoked meats and craft-minded preparation create an incredible dining experience. You'll ensure that all cooking and serving utensils are cleaned and sanitized to support our pit masters and kitchen crew. This role contributes directly to the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, helping us maintain the high standards that our award-winning BBQ demands while adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

What we’re looking for

• Experience operating dishwashing machines and using cleaning supplies efficiently
• Ability to wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchenware and utensils thoroughly
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in safely using and operating kitchen tools and equipment
• Effective communicator who follows written and spoken instructions
• Able to multitask and work calmly under pressure in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in confined spaces with variable noise and temperatures
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain mobility throughout shift
