322 BBQ & Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House are locally loved restaurant concepts where bold flavors, top-quality ingredients, and welcoming atmosphere come together. We take pride in our fresh-smoked BBQ, award-winning burgers, and unique donut creations, serving memorable meals with exceptional hospitality. We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender/Server to provide outstanding service, craft delicious drinks, and enhance the guest experience with our unapologetically generous hospitality.

What we’re looking for

• Previous bartender or server experience preferred (will train right candidate)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine is a plus
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to exceptional guest experience
• Passion for hospitality and creating engaging atmosphere
• Ability to make knowledgeable recommendations on food and drink offerings
